What's the best way to eat healthy with my school schedule?

I'll be in class from 8am-3:15pm and only have a 15 minute break between classes. It's enough time to eat per se but I don't have time to get to any food places on campus. Is there something I can take with me that's a decent substitute for a meal to hold me over til after I get home?
Hannibal - nobody cares that you're a vegan bodybuilder and work 3 jobs but you. being a bitch won't get you the best answer =)
 
Small snacks and a lot of water
Apple
Penut Butter and Jelly sandwich
protein bar
