...regarding applications? I called several times asking about the status on my application, and they just keep telling me I shouldn't call them they will call me, but they been hiring forever almost a year now and still haven't called me.

So recently I went up there and took like 10 applications and filled them all out with separate dates, and turned in 5 last week.

Is that a good way for them to take notice of me? I'm really trying to get a job there, I'm qualified to work there, but I can't get them to contact me. They know I'm interested in the job and yet they won't call me or anything.

Should I just keep putting in applications until they FINALLY call me?
I've never applied anywhere before that didn't accept phone calls regarding applications, usually when I called them in the past I would get scheduled for an interview since it gives them the impression I'm interested.

I don't know what to do. I got 6 weeks of severance pay, plus unemployment but I need a new job.

Do not put it all in to this job put in applications other places. There may some small reason that they do not want to hire you there.
