Whats the fastest speed you've gotten with a torrent file? downloading?

I'm clocking at 1.3mbs, but I know my internet is at 15mbs, has anywone gotten crazy speeds before and how can i get mine to do it? I'm using utorrent. There is THOUSANDS of legit files for torrent programs, so please to talk to me about copywrites. Thanks in advance! []Deace

When i downloaded 808's & Heartbreaks, took about 5 min. And copyright is when artist pay for their music to not be used without their permission. like say if you put a copyrighted song on youtube.com, youtube will block it bcuz you used that song without asking lil wayne
