What's the most expensive free phone from T-Mobile?

Hey everyone, I want to extend my tmobile contract and get a free phone and sell it on ebay, which phone phone goes for the most on ebay, but doesn't require me to sign a data plan contract?
Have any of you ever done this?

He/She means the free phone that is worth the most. Probably the Motorola CHARM with MotoBlur. But I think all the free phones are only free with a contract. Without a contract, you would probably have to pay for the phone full price. But I'm not a T-Mobile customer so I wouldn't know.
