its an older movie. for some reason i want to say David Spade is in it but im not sure. all i can remember is that this low-life acting agent guy is trying to find his big break when he finds a troubled tween girl pick-pocketing people and he turns her into a commerical star. shes ends up moving into his house because she doesnt really have a home and she ends up doing some cookie comerical thats name has to do with sunshine.
