I've seen him on space ghost coast to coast I think and he like has a funny sounding voice and screams loud then his voice goes quiet and he makes weird noises when he talks. Does anybody know? Family Guy made fun of him on the episode with Black-Eye Griffin who was a silent film actor until he finally spoke and Black-Eye Griffin talked like this comedian.
