Whats The Name Of This Illness?

i use to have a friend when i was 17 who i lost contact with when i moved, i've been thinking about her lately, i remember she had an illness and i've been trying to figure out what it was called, so if you think you know the name of it i would be very grateful

symptoms

bruises
seizures
fainting
weight loss
vomiting
weakness
incurable
mostly found in young women.
