Whats the problem here (Ipod Touch > Wifi). Help please?

Alright so my neighbors have a wifi connection they let me use.

I can use it for my laptop and PSP. However, I just bought a Ipod Touch and it cant seem to connect to their wifi.

What could be the problem and what can I do? Thanks!
