i don't remember much about it ,
besides its futuristic & i think tha guy has a twin ... he may or may not be in a wheel chair , probably not but i cant remember ... hes got brown hair .
OHKAY , in tha scene tha guy is walking through a building & somebody is following him , somebody wants his DNA , & a hair falls from his head , so tha person walks & up picks it up wit some tweezers ...
i think its a 90's movie
