Whats wrong with my laptops bluetooth? :(?

Since i got my laptop back from repairs a few months ago whenever i try and use bluetooth to send/recieve photos from my mobile phone, it doesnt work anymore.

Before, i use to have a notification pop up from my bluetooth icon in the system tray, put in the pin and it was as simple as that... now the icon isnt even in the system tray anymore, and i just cant send or recieve anything. although it is definately still working because i can discover my laptop on my phone...

any help would be amazing! :)
