What's wrong with my stomach?

Since the beginning of the year, I've had problems with my stomach. I was put on Metformin, and that helped with my stomach for awhile. But in July, these problems came back. I feel bloated almost constantly, I have no appetite but I have to eat even when I'm not hungry because of my hypoglycemia. I'm in pain constantly and I gained a lot of weight. I lost most of what I put on after I was put on Metformin, but since these issues have come back my weight has fluctuated. I get major heartburn that lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to countless hours. My doctor put me on Prilosec, and that helps. But I feel like something's going on in my poor stomach and it's being ignored. I've had a ultrasound done on my gallbladder and nothing was found there, so what could be wrong? I'm done asking my doctor, she's not much of a help. I just wanted to see if others had experienced what I've gone through and hopefully I can get some answers.
