What's your fitness routine?

Interested to see what others do; write as much (diet, etc) or as little:

Started mine a few weeks ago. As follows:

--(in development: (pre-work/AM) 2-day, upper-lower split weight program;

--(post work/PM) alternating days: 15 mi bike ride (mon), 2+ mi (goal 5+ mi) jog (tues), through sat; sun off day for all activity.

--in development: yoga, post ride/jog snack, pre dinner -- 60 min light practice.

--men's multi-vit; b-complex; vit-d.

--about 24 - 2600 calories/day. 5'6, 135lbs. to add whey/protein for (small-rep) lifting program, +appropriate calories.
