whats your schools cell phone/ipod policy?

at my school they are not allowed to confiscate your cell phone or ipod when they catch you with one, they can only take your cell phone battery or your headphones, and a parent has to pick them up after school.
holy shit your school gets out late! my bell rings at 7:25 AM and we get out at 2:04 PM
 
they confiscate phone or ipod and it goes to office.
No phone or ipod when first morning bell rings at 8:50 till last bell rings at 4:05.
 
1st offence-take your electronic away and give it back next monday after school
2nd offence-take your electronic again and parent must pick it up following monday after school
3rd offence-take your electronic and you don't get it back until the end of the semester
 
no phone usage during class hours
but can be used in the before after n 5 mins breaks through the day
ipod according to the school admin NO
but some teachers r cool w it..so when its like class work time or home work time or some activity its ok
but not when they r talking or wen others r talking.

but if they r taken..they take away the whole thing n ur parent has to come afterschool n pick it up.
