Shoulder-length with short layers (specify that you want the shortest layer to be cut just beneath the ear) and long, layered bangs. I wouldn't recommend getting the bangs cut exactly like Yuki's because it falls over the eyes, which can get annoying. So you could either sweep it to the side or ask to get them cut a little shorter.

And, as someone else suggested, taking a print-out of the haircut helps, too.

It doesnt have a name. It really is just a layered cut with bangs. If you want a cut like it just print out a pic and take it to the person who's gonna cut it for you. They'll know what to do ^^
