When Christians start their normal hate rants why is it?

Why is it that Christians seem to always forget the KKK when they run on about the September 11th and the extreme Muslim fundamentalists that were responsible believing they all are that way?

FWIW, I'm a Christian and I think the KKK was a horrible, hate filled group of bigots and am ashamed that they considered themselves "Christians" (not entirely unlike the atheists who come on here and rant about religious groups). That doesn't change my belief that there is a God and He dwelt among us in the person of Jesus Christ to set an example for how we ought to love others and ultimately suffered a brutal death on the cross to demonstrate the extent of his love and compassion for us. He didn't do that for his own sake, but for ours. Don't attribute the atrocities committed by people calling themselves Christian with the message of Christ, and try not to be a worse bigot than they were.

We knew from day one that Iraqis and the Iraqi government had no involvement at all in the 911 attack. The next day after 911 every major newspaper in the U.S. had a full page set of photos of the 911 perpetrators and a list of which country they came from. The United States sent its soldiers and killing machines half way around the world to murder 1,250,000 Iraqi civilians because Islam is not a religion of peace? Who can American Christians ever possibly hope to fool with arguments like that? Another 1,500,000 Iraqi civilians were starved to death by America during the Bush and Clinton administration’s land, air, and sea blockades of Iraq, and the “Food for Oil” program. Yet Iraq has yet to attack America. How will the world and history judge the murderous and torturing American Christians who have used our numerous death machines in this fashion?

All people regardless of religion or creed are capable of great evil as well as great good. It is pointless to isolate one group or another for doing horrible things as there will be evil in the world propagated by satan until God says game over.

As far as I know the KKK never flew a plane into a skyscraper.

The folks at the KKK (who are historically Democrats) don't care about what's going on with other countries. They are primarily concerned with minorities in the United States. Muslim extremists are bent on world domination.

Liberals try to claim that the KKK is Christian because it burns crosses. I have heard some of their theology and it is far removed from Biblical Christianity.

Because they know that that the KKK doesn't represent the mainstream viewpoint any more than al Queda represents the mainstream Muslim perspective.
