When I open Adobe Photoshop CS4, the License Agreement keeps popping up. Why?

can someone help me? i changed the adobe_eula into OLD but now my photoshop won't open at all

great tip thanks if you are using 64bit windows you might have to do this is both folders e.g program files/adobe program files (X86)/adobe

Issue resolved

Thanks for solution. Every time when I opens photo-shop it keel asking for accept license agreement.
Now its resolved by renaming adobe_eula.dll to adobe_eula.old

Thanks for the fix ! Actually though, because you're corrupting the dll file by renaming it and subsequently keeping the adobe software from recognizing it. (you can rename it what ever you want) I just deleted it and that worked just as well. If deleting the file keeps CS4 from opening then just go into the recycle bin and tell it to restore the file.
