When I put a dvd into my laptop it doesnt popup ?

I try to watch a movie with my laptop and its like it doesnt recognize the dvd is in there ? I can here the dvd spinning but I get no pic ? Any suggestions appreciated .
I used to watch and listen to cds on my laptop . Havent tried in a while now the few times I tried it doent popup :( . Ive asked here how to enable my autorun :)
 
Hi, It could be that you have autorun disabled for the drive or for the type of files on the CD. I think you can look at the cd/dvd drive properties and enable auto run. Or use google or yahoo answers and type How do I enable AutoRun?
 
is dis a new problem or started a long time?maybe ur laptop dosent support the dvd format,whats the regional code of the dvd?
