When I smoke weed i feel sick and my brain hurts?

Ive smoked weed about 25 times. and the first time was good. after that it all sucked. like i felt good but i felt like ppl were running behing me and i was falling. then i took a break for a month. and then did it again and it was really good weed and the high was awesome and i fellt all tingly and good. then i did some shitty weed and things were flashing and i felt my brain throbing and i thot there were ppl trying to kill me and i fellt sick and i hated it. my friends always say theyr happy and tingly and good like that one time. i wanna be like that all the time. how do i get this parnoia anxious thing away
also, i have adhd. but i got off the medicine b4 smoking. i just got back on the medicine. culd smoking while on the medicine make it better? could smoking on the medicine be bad
