When i workout i feel like i get really weak/shakey... i only biked bearly 2 miles.?

Everytime i bike to my friends i try to treat it as a workout.. but after the 2 miles i feel really shakey and weak like if i wanted to continue biking i would be able to do it. I mean you suppose to push yourself when you workout right? Is it because i eat bad and i dont drink ALOT of water? Any tips or help is appreciated..
