...dogs there, why does she do this? She is a 16 week old Shar Pei. Friendly with people until we go to the park. She starts to bark at the other dogs that are there. Please answer my question. It will do me and my family great help!!!
 
It sounds like she is anxious around other dogs. Have you tried to socialize her with other dogs? If not, this would be an excellent time to start, unless you want a dog aggressive pet on your hands. Start with a friend or family member who has a well behaved and laid back dog. Introduce you puppy first at a distance. Let her look at the dog, then give her a treat. When she barks or become over excited, remove her from the sight of the dog, give her a few minutes, then try again. Reward calm behaviour with a yummy tret and praise. Gradually you can get closer to the other dog/dogs until she is no longer anxious.
