...them after they do? Do they help them, give them food or anything, or just leave them?

I have heard churches say they do give them extra food/rice grains bread etc..when they interview them..give the kids a doll or soccer ball but i am only going by the chucrch shows i watch on tv who claim to do this i dont know about first hand...

this is america greed has gotten out of hand with the wealthy and the poor are suffering hard living in filth and it should never be this way.

" hey you low life drug addict, no work having sons-of bitches........thanks for the interview and video footage............hey don't get too close.................. like I said thanks for the video footage and all that ..............um .good luck"

I think that if they even get talked to it would be payment but I am willing to bet that all they get is ZERO

Hopefully this helps you sleep at night. This a tv show where they record people that are in poverty and give them thousands of dollars at the end.

I can only speak from a small town perspective as that is my only experience. We would do whatever we could do to help someone usually by providing referral services. We'd also contact the appropriate social agencies to assist and let the person know we would try to help them.

As a reporter, it was not my job to make the story so this was done after I completed my interviews and photos.

Note: There are drug problems for sure but a lot of poverty is beyond the person's control. Some people have disabilities, some just ran out of luck, and some are sick. You try to help.

Also, some folks are burned out of their homes. In that case you call the Salvation Army who will provide what assistance they can offer.
