When reformatting my windows vista on my DELL inspiron...?

OK so I put in the windows vista CD and then do a bunch of stuff to reinstall it (no time to explain) so I have 2 other CD's that I will need on my computer: drives and utilities and webcam manager.

My question: Will I need to reinstall drivers and utilities after I reinstall Vista? How does this work?
