When was the last time a spl club (apart from oldfirm) paid a transfer

fee for a player lol? I was just looking at the summer transfers all free agent and loan deals and they wonder why they cant compete with us when they wont spend anything and it aint asif they didnt recieve money

I think a player was bought this year for like £30 000 between an SPL team and a 1st division team. I was listening to Clyde 1 though and they said there hadn't been any money spent in the rest of the SPL. But i was certain i had heard that, couldn't give you details though.

Maybe someone else knows what i'm talking about?
