I doubt it will ever be. COD 4 is still not avalible for download. I think you may have to get a hard copy. Sorry.

have you seriously not already bought the actual game yet... just to let you know it was released on 11.10.09 kid its been about 5-6 months; and no it will NEVER be available for download on XBL Marketplace.

Nobody knows for sure because Microsoft and Activision have said nothing about it. It will probably be a very long time though.

I wouldn't say that it will "never" be available on Xbox Live for download... But if it is, it's going to be a VERY long time from now... Maybe not till the next xbox comes out.
