when will Dish Network & Fox work things out?

my sports team is going to have its next 3-4 games on Fox Sports Southwest, which I currently don't get b/c of the contract dispute between Dish & Fox. I am considering switching to DirecTV but its a supreme pain-in-the-rear to do so. My question is... for those of you familiar with these types of disputes...how much longer will Dish hold out? Should I switch now b/c its going to be another MONTH & I'm gonna miss my favorite team playing? Or do we expect a resolution any day now? How do these contract disputes usually go? Are we talking a few more days (its been 11 days) or weeks or months or what? I mean I know nobody KNOWS but whats the typical duration of a holdout/dispute like this? Thanks in advance

It depends if you feel comfortable waiting, if 3 weeks is enough then go for it but if you want to be on the safe side and change than go ahead, it is impossible to tell when TV wants to come back.

By the way do you like soccer?

Good luck

I don't know how long it will be, but the important thing is for Fox that this is the first contract that is negotiated. This one will set the precedence as DirecTv is next to be in negotiations. So they can't afford to let this just blow over.

Let me know if you are going to go to directv, I have a referral code that will get you a 100 instant rebate that I would be very appreciative if you use.

we did not want to wait and made the switch to Directv but I suppose that will get hit next. Back in the day, there was similar issues with satalite providers and local channels and it was a mess and everyone said it would be resolved in 6 months but it took almost 4 years in my area.
