...fathers be fulfilled? In Jeremiah (34:4) God tells Zedekiah that he will die in peace and be buried with his fathers.
But 2 kings 25:7 and Jer.52:10-11 say that he died imprisoned in a foreign land (after being forced to watched his children killed, then blinded).
To fulfill the prophecy, will God have to revive Zedekiah so he can die peacefully the second time?
Also, isn't this just like what God promised Josiah, versus what happened later according to the bible?
