Where can I buy unlocked cell phone usin 3G in New Jersey - Murray Hill?

Hi all

I am traveling to New Jersey (Murray Hill) next week and am looking forward to buy a cell phone for my wife.

The one I want to buy is Samsung galaxy SIII mini.

Does anybody has a recommended site where I could find this phone unlocked for using with any operator?

I think there should be a lot of places but wanted to have a recommendation from someone who knows.
