I'm a former Muay Thai kick boxer (recreationally). Recently, I injured my shoulder with two cartilage tears. My doctor said I should quit boxing and take up a less joint damaging martial art, and suggested Kungfu. I know a bit about the history and lifestyle of Kungfu, Chinese Wushu, Tai Chi, etc, but I have no idea where I kind find a good and authentic trainer. I want the real traditional training, with a master that can focus on my specific needs and weaknesses as a pupil. Any suggestions?

your best bet is to look on the internet for schools in your area and search and try them out and then make your own mined up but i would allso recomend tae kwon do it specifies to everyones needs i have 4 disabled pupil's 1 being in a wheelchair soo have a look around. best of luck buddy :)
