Where can I find a phone car charger that will also work in my house outlet?

THe outlet for my phone that plugs into my home outlet is broken, only my car charger outlet. Is there any kind of adapter I can use that I can plug into my wall at home??
And I cant just buy a new charger because the output in my phone for the charger is broken, not the charger. It will be cheaper to buy an adapter than a whole new phone.
 
If you're going to buy an adapter then why not just get a newwall charger instead?? That seems more sensible to me.
