Where can I find a recipe for making a food from Mexico City (Ciudad de México)?

I'm doing a Spanish project and we have to make a food from a certain Mexican state/district. My group was assigned El Distrito Federal (Federal District), or Ciudad de México.

Besides this recipe, what are some other common types of food eaten by people living in Mexico City?
