Where can I find instructions on how to play Shot Online?

I've downloaded and installed the game. Chosen a username and password, chosen an avatar then joined a game in session. Problem is, I can't find instructions on which keys to use for shots, which clubs to use or how to choose them, how to aim, etc, etc. I've searched Shot Online instructions and all I get are the instructions for downloading, setting up, and starting the game. That's not what I'm looking for. Does anyone else play this game and if so can you point me in the right direction? Thanks
