Where can I get a CHEAP handheld GPS for my scouts?

I have a group of scouts that would like to try geocaching....but we don't have the big $$$ that these are priced! HELP!!!
 
Obviously places like e-bay might throw up the odd bargain

Have you thought about some of the Scouting forums or walking forums - it is amazing what peope will donate if you ask
 
I bought a brand-new Tom Tom from Radio Shack recently for 89 dollars. It is a nice one and is easy to use. I had just missed a sale at Wal Mart for the same thing at the same price.
