am using any video converter but its to slow those anyone know of any fast converter that can convert H264 to xvid?

oh sorry forgot to ask if there is no faster video converter is there any website that has the type of format already for me to just download the video and for me to be able to watch it on my xbox360?
 
The converter you have is likely about as fast as they get. H264 and xvid are compression algorithms, and to switch between one and the other requires that the file be decompressed and then recompressed with the new codec. It takes an amount of time approximately equal to the length of the video, and can't be sped up. its an integral part of the encoding process, there's nothing that can be done about it.
