Where can I get a good SimCity 4 Deluxe torrent?

Ive tried a few already but all of them seem to have some issues that the FAQ or any guide can help me.

so does anyone know a good torrent that actually works?
 
first of all, any problem with the game could not be a torrent problem, but a compatability issue. you might want to check that out first. as for a torrent, go to www.thepiratebay.org. it should have it
