Where can i get free ringtones that dont require internet use?

So i got a new phone and i want to get ringtones of actual songs but my parents blocked the internet cuz its too expensive. where can i get free ringtones that i can send to my phone without needing the internet on my phone. i also dont want to have to sign up for anything.
