where can i get FREE ringtones without the crap hidden fees?

everything seems to have those hidden fees i just want to send them from the computer to my phone without the fees. ( not talking about text fees the ones from the websites )

I've used tonzr.com a lot. It can send them multimedia, or it sends a link, and you don't have to register or anything. Now I use Ventones. I just take the mp3 from my iTunes and upload it to their site, shorten it, then send it via MMS. Phonezoo can send them either way, but there aren't many songs on that site, just those funny ringtones and all that.
