Where can I get ringtones completely free?

So far every site that I have tried for ringtones (Myxer, Phonezoo, etc) just sends you a link. I don't have internet on my phone so I need a service that sends stuff directly to my phone like a message, no links. And obviously, I'm looking for something completely free.

Well i was gonna say mabilo. But you said that you dont have internet. But you can get on phone zoo on your computer and up load songs and choose what part of the song you want as the ringtone. And thats free and should send straight to your phone.
