Where can one buy a Wolverine as a pet?

I've been interested in owning a wolverine as a pet. I'm well aware of the abnormality of that, but was just wondering how you could get one without going out to Canada and capturing a wild one.
 
I want to buy a chinchilla but i might have to go to mexico and capture my self one that is free
