Where can you buy pill cups?(little paper cups)?

Where can i buy pill cups? Some people use them for jello shots, but i would like to use them to make mini cupcakes. Here are some pictures of what i am looking for:

Ok,
well you just ask the manager at Walmart and they will provide you for what you need or go to Walgreens.
