where i can get live sattelite like google map where people are walking and talking?

Hello friends i just want to know if there application that I can see in the Map like Google eath, the people talking and walking live? All I can see in the Google Map is houses only? I love to see people talk, people walk. cars moving etc...

there is no way to see live but u can see approximately 1 or 2 hours ago but in still images with the help of an option web cam where available.

That would cost in the billions of dollars. I'm being totally serious. That is something we can do with present technology, but the cost would be astronomical. (To hold a view, the satellite would have to burn fuel. And when it ran out of fuel, you'd have to replace it. That would cost about $1.2 billion each time you had to do it.)
