where is mp3 fiesta has the site closed or something?

I am a customer of theirs and went to log onto their site the other day and it doesn't come up I just get an error page. I had $30 in my balance for downloading songs and am worried it's gone! Have emailed them so hopefully they reply but does anyone know as in people who are also registered with them. Not interested in people's opinions on downloading or spam for other sites I will just disregard that sort of BS.
 
I have a Lifetime Platinum Membership and tried within the past week. I was able to get the site up once but could not get the Download Manager to work at all. Moreover, the response was horrible. It was like they were working on a dial-up modem. YUCK!!!

I hope it comes back soon.
