Wow you really are mean.

These guys ARE staff. I think that it's like 16/50 that told you to quit. So I think that you can at least try to be nice and listen to the good staffies

Why should I be nice? I'm in a bad mood and I don't want to be nice. My last comment was just for fun, I didn't mean it. But now I do. I don't care, and I don't think cheating is that bad, honestly.

Secret 10--go to the General Common Room and scroll down until you see the box where it says:
=> General Common Room
Then click on the arrow, scroll up the list, and click on "The Gaunt House"-5 Galleons

So because you're in a bad mood, you're going to ruin all the effort put in by the programmers and reveal the secrets for anyone to come find? All on a whim of your emotions?
That's not very smart. If anything, I'd suggest you step away from the computer and think about it before you do something rash that you'll regret.

I dont really care about this stuff personally and it shouldnt be anyone elses business if people are just cheating therselves. Its thier loss. I go on MNI and sometimes look at these sites but really its not worth it.

I go on MNI and I'm kind of upset that people are cheating like this. I've spent lots of time searching MNI to find secrets, and now I'm seeing all of my hard work being shown to people who didn't even try to do anything to get it other than wait for people to give it to them. So I say that the staffers are right to say that this is unfair and cheating.

MNI staff needs to back off!! they can't regulate anything off of MNI, and should stop acting like they can. and if anyone's account gets suspended or deleted or whatever because they were looking at this site, then i hope people stop using MNI and go somewhere else.

MNI is supposed to be fun. and if people want to have fun by "cheating", then so be it.

maybe the staffers found this site, becuase the MNI secrets are so gorem hard to find.

I agree that it's not fair to those who worked hard to find them, but maybe those people enjoyed the thinking involved! I, personally, spend ages and ages trying to figure them out and haven't gotten many. So if people want a little help, maybe they're entitled to a hint or 2.

And I believe they are real staffies, because Roxie would make posts exactly like the ones she did.

Don't share site secrets. It's wrong. Find them yourselfs. That's the fun part about MNI.
and like some other guy said, staffer stumbles, you are so screwed.

I know they're are more than 14 because I found 16. It was fun because it was the first one I found, I didn't even know secrets existed. Go to your inbox, at the bottom left, select feed your owl.

Alrighty, I've got some input here.

Staffers: Are you trying to control us because of some power trip that secretly makes you feel high and mighty for being in a position of power on a website? Or is it because you're honestly trying to ensure that we students have fun finding the secrets? If it's the former, then you need to get your head checked -- none of this is actually real and your rank means nothing. However, if it's the latter, you've got to understand that different people perceive "fun" in different ways. Yes, the site secrets ARE fun to find. (Don't worry, Roxie, they are entertaining and we all enjoy them.) However, there are some legitimate reasons for people to cheat.

* The most obvious reason is, some people just can't figure them out, no matter how hard they try. They sit and stare at their monitors for hours and just can't do it. The curiosity eats away at them until they just burst with "I MUST know this!" and look for help. Getting help should not be against the rules. Because, if no one is allowed to help them, they'll never know. What's the fun in that?

* Others simply don't have the time to pour over their computers until their brains melt. Some have other affairs to tend to -- work, school, socializing...things that wouldn't leave them much time for riddles. But, they try in what little time they have and if they can't get one/some, then as I said previously, the curiosity of what they can't find gets them to look for help. Again, if no one will help them, they'll never know. Again, no fun.

* And then there's the people like me. Heh heh. People like me are well aware of the rules. We know what we're allowed to do, but we know even better what's restricted from us. We also know the consequences of our actions. Normally, that would probably deter people from breaking the rules. But, for others, it motivates them. I know you've heard the term "forbidden fruit". That's exactly what we seek. Personally, I find all of this thrilling, having to find secret places outside MNI to hold secret discussions with a secret identity, knowing that one wrong move could ruin everything. And believe it or not, I don't mind the fact that all you staffers are breathing down our necks...because it only makes it that much more dangerously exciting. So, keep trying! It's a game, staffers, it's a game! A giant game of hide and seek and you're the seekers. How many times have you read any of the Harry Potter books and read about Harry sneaking around the castle, trying as hard as he could to be completely silent so as not to attract the attention of the staff? And how many times have you wished you were breaking the Hogwarts rules right there beside him? This is our chance for us innocents troublemakers...such as the Slytherins, heh...to have our own personal brand of fun.

So, you see, Roxie? We're not out to ruin what's been created, we're just having our fun. And if our happiness is all you're concerned about, then you need not worry about anything at all. Those who find it fun to figure everything out themselves will do just that. There are many MNIers who don't cheat, so don't worry -- all that hard work at coding the secrets isn't in vain. There are many who are using them traditionally, the way they were meant. The rest of us, at least the people like me, we like to take risks, because it's invigorating. We're simply upping the stakes, because we like a little danger with our fun.

And also, for all you sneaky MNIers out there... http://mugglenetsecrets.proboards.com/

Heh.
