I installed a new radio in my accord and just a few days ago the radio stopped working. I bought a new radio and installed that, the new radio also does not work. I have looked over all the fuses and they all look ok, but I realized that I can not find the radio fuse. It is not in any of the diagrams that are by the fuse boxes and my car did not come with a manual. Can anyone help?

You probably have an inline fuse. You need to follow the power wire until you find it. If you installed the radio you should know which one is the 12 volt supply.

You will have two fuse boxes in most vehicles; one under the dash or behind a access panel near the floor board on either side of the front seat kick panel. The other fuse box will be under the hood; usually near the battery, that's the one that would most likely have a inline fuse for the radio (meaning power stright from the battery). Now if you purchased a aftermarket radio (one that did not come in the vehicle when manufacted) than there may also be a inline fuse on the hot wire that you hooked to a hot wire on the back of the radio.
