Where on the internet can I watch the show "Full Metal Alchemist" in English dub?

Where on the internet can I watch the show "Full Metal Alchemist" in English dub?

I can't seem to find any place on the internet to watch the anime "Full Metal Alchemist". I've been to one site where I could watch all of the episode in English, but I think it is gone now... Does anyone have any suggestions of where I could watch the episodes in english?
 
YouTube is probably the best place, but each episode will probably be divided into three parts. I was able to watch the Conqueror of Shamballa movie in English on YouTube. :)
