Where to find background info on right to internet privacy?

I'm writing a research paper on right to privacy internet wise. It's due tomorrow, but I'm having a ton of trouble trying to find the background info part. Any help? You don't have to give me the answer, just help me find it. Everything I find has nothing to do with Internet privacy, but something else. Thanks!!
