The cooking show always use chorizo that is hard and in a link like a sausage, but the only chorizo I've used or seen is the packaged or bulk kind that is way too soft to cut and melts down in the pan. To me chorizo doesn't sound so good in the shows recipes so I wonder if there is a different taste to the hard kind, and what kind of store can I get it from?
