where to put connection for new glow gauges on gmc sierra 99?

I bought some new glow gauges off of ebay and i have them stuck on the dash, but i notice the cables to turn on the extra blue lights i have NO idea where they go, the kit didnt come with any instructions. i tried putting them in a fuse spot and it worked but then went out. so what specific place am i supposed to put this connection? thanks
