I'm looking for a bike for my brother, like a decently good hybrid one cos he's going to do the great vic bike ride again.
And we don't really want to spend more than 400 cos he's still young and we don't know if he's going to grow out of this whole bike riding phase. (he's 11 turning 12)
I've checked out a few places like Ivanhoe Cycles and Goldcross but there generally their hybrid range starts at 400 so I'm looking for a place that's cheaper so we don't have to get the crappest one in the range.
We'll also check out the clifton hill bike shop but we're not sure if we want to buy from there because we used to get it serviced there but once after we did my brother's wheel fell off....
So even if you don't know too much about bikes, anything will be greatly appreciated.
But if you know about bikes what brands do you recommend etc, once again anything would be greatly appreciated.
