I'm installing a DVD head unit in this truck but the music goes fuzzy when Im not touching the head unit and my iPod. How do I fix this? I need to know where to find the ground so I can get it to a better spot if that's the problem, thanks

Many vehicles have more then one stereo ground but the main ground usually is a flat piece of metal wire that connects up to the back or the chassis the the original or aftermarket stereo system.Basically the chassis or metal cabinet of the stereo is the ground/negative then if you find any bare metal inside say the dash area that would be one of the vehicle chassis/frame grounds.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way you're body could have electronic magnetic static or it's interfering with the stereo so if the system seems fine when you're not touching it's metal cabinet it maybe just your body causing the problem but double check the ground etc anyways.
I included the original factory stereo dash wiring info just in case that can help you. Also note from the info I see that the speakers or outputs use their own negative don't get those wires mixed up with the chassis or vehicle earth ground. You must have the system grounded otherwise it not even come on , but you may have a poor/weak ground or need to run another new solid ground.
