Do some research on the reliability of those cars, particularly the Peugeot. Do a search on this site for a start.
If I wanted a new-ish car that size I'd be looking at a Yaris or a Mazda 2.
citroen c1 is equivalent to peugeot 107. If both the cars you are looking at are roughly the same price i would get the 207 since it is a little bigger (equivalent to citroen c3) and probably gets similar fuel economy. Don't get a car that's TOO small because you'll regret it when you need the space. The 207 has a larger boot and more space inside
